Serkan Dayan

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serkan Dayan is an academic distinguished by his expertise in drug development, molecular synthesis, and industrial applications. Actively engaged in academic and R&D activities since 2010, Dayan has contributed to more than 180 publications, over 45 projects, and 5 patents at national and international levels.

Serving as a consultant academician at GUIS Pharmaceutical R&D, Dayan provides strategic contributions to the company’s scientific and technological infrastructure. With his experience in innovative product development at the molecular level, formulation strategies, and university–industry collaborations, he creates high added value in GUIS’s R&D projects.

With a vision of producing commercializable knowledge and building strong bridges between academia and industry, Serkan Dayan is also a co-founder of DentBioChem Inc. and the general coordinator of NEOTIS Inc. Through his scientific depth, entrepreneurial spirit, and interdisciplinary approach, he makes significant contributions to the innovative and sustainable growth objectives of GUIS Pharmaceutical R&D.
