Ahmet Boz

Ahmet Boz is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University (2007–2011). With over 23 years of experience in the life sciences sector, Boz has undertaken a wide range of roles throughout his career in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and medical products. He possesses multidisciplinary expertise spanning laboratory management, product development and manufacturing technologies, as well as the establishment, auditing, validation, and final regulatory approval processes of GMP & GLP quality management systems.

This accumulated experience has enabled him to create value across diverse structures, from large-scale pharmaceutical companies to rapidly growing biotechnology startups, from university R&D centers to medical device manufacturers. Through the roles he has undertaken at leading institutions such as Eczacıbaşı-Baxter, Abdi İbrahim, Abdibio, ND Research, and GUIS Pharmaceutical R&D, he has contributed to the advancement of the sector.

Currently serving as Business Development & Operations Manager at GUIS Pharmaceutical R&D, Ahmet Boz directs the company’s integrated R&D objectives with his expertise in strategic vision, operational efficiency, and regulation-focused process management. With his quality-, reliability-, and sustainable success-oriented approach, he is a professional who adds value to business partners at both national and international levels.
